Customers can personally select their favourite fish from a mouth-watering ‘Fruits of the Sea’ display. Executive Chef Mohammed Aslam and his team of chefs have devised a range of delicate sauces and marinades, with influences from cuisines of Goa, Kashmir and Sindh. Customers will be able to select their fish and then have this personally cooked and served at the table.
