Job Title: Food & Beverage Service Assistant

Hours of operation:       

Lunch:  Weds – Fri: 12 noon – 2:30pm                                                       

Sat & Sun: 12 noon – 4:00pm                                            

Evening: Mon-Thurs: 5:00pm - 11:00pm                                                           

Fri & Sat: 5:00pm – 11:30pm                                                           

Sun: 5:00pm – 10:30pm 

Number of hours: Your shift will be on rota over the 7 days working 20-30 hour per week. 

We are keen to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic individuals at our new Skipton site on Canalside. You will be of smart appearance and presentable as you will be dealing with customers face to face.  You will have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.  You will provide and develop new skills in wine, cocktail and bar service, in addition to table and restaurant duties.  Experience preferred but not essential.  Meals and uniforms provided whilst on duty.   We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunities employer.   The restaurant will be open for business in July 2010.  

Hourly Rate: This position exceeds national minimum wage but wages are negotiable depending on experience, and after a satisfactory probationary period has been completed.
